Privacy Policy
This policy covers this website — where you learn about and buy LaunchPad. It does not cover the LaunchPad application, which runs on your computer and sends us nothing, or any store you build with it.
1. Who This Covers
This policy covers brucepro.com — the website where you learn about and buy LaunchPad. It does NOT cover the LaunchPad application itself, or any store you build with it. The app runs entirely on your computer and sends us nothing; your store runs on your own Cloudflare account. Those are described in the LaunchPad Terms.
2. When You Buy LaunchPad
Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. Your card details never touch this website and we never see or store them. From Stripe we receive your email address and the fact that a purchase completed, which is what we use to send your download link and to honour refunds and support requests. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what Stripe does with your payment information.
3. Your Download Link
After purchase we generate a private, expiring download link and email it to you. The link and the fact that it was issued are stored so we can re-send it if you lose it and so a single purchase cannot be shared indefinitely.
4. If You Contact Us
When you send a message through the contact form we store your name, your email address, your message, the IP address the message came from, and your browser's user-agent string. The message and email are so we can reply. The IP and user-agent are kept as a record of where a message came from, which matters when a message is abusive or fraudulent. We do not use them to track you, we do not build a profile from them, and we do not use fingerprinting scripts or third-party trackers.
5. Email We Send You
Transactional email — your download link, receipts, support replies — is sent through Resend. We do not add you to a marketing list because you bought something, and we do not sell or rent your email address to anyone.
6. Analytics, Cookies and Local Storage
The main brucepro.com site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read; Google Analytics is subject to Google's privacy policy. The LaunchPad store pages carry no analytics and no advertising cookies. Your cart, any coupon you apply, and your answer to the storage notice are kept in your browser's local storage on your own device — we never see them, and declining clears them. If you sign in to a customer account we set a single login cookie so the site knows it is still you; it is not used to track you and does nothing else.
7. How Long We Keep Things
Purchase records are kept as long as needed for support, refunds, tax and accounting. Contact-form messages and their associated IP and user-agent are kept while they are useful for replying and for handling abuse, and are not kept indefinitely.
8. What We Never Do
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not have access to your Cloudflare account, your Stripe account, your store's data, or your customers' information — those live in accounts you control and we hold no keys to them.
9. Your Choices
Email support@brucepro.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting your purchase record means we can no longer re-issue your download link or verify your purchase for support, so we will say so before doing it.
10. Changes
If this policy changes materially we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
